About "Diet to Lower Triglycerides"
I had turned 50 years old. I was overweight and had just been turned down for life insurance. My triglycerides were high and my HDL or "good" chloresterol was off the charts low. According to a study by Harvard, I was 16 times more likely to have a heart attack than people with low triglycerides and high HDL. I decided to do something about it.
I researched all the latest medical studies about what worked and what didn't work and put together a diet and exercise plan. I was able to drop my triglycerides from 227 to 59 in 5 1/2 months using diet and exercise alone! I didn't have to eat crazy foods. I didn't starve myself. Not only did I drop my triglycerides, but I also lost a significant amount of weight while maintaining my muscle mass.
I developed this website to make people aware of the health risks of high triglycerides and the option to use diet to lower triglycerides.
Believe it or not, there are a number of foods that actually lower triglyceride levels by themselves just like there are a number of foods to avoid. Unfortunately the web is littered with false information. I spent the hours required pouring through actual medical studies to determine which foods lower your triglyceride levels. If you are interested in learning about these foods, I have publshed an Guide that lists the foods and the actual medical studies. Here's a link to be able to purchase this Guide if desired. Once purchased, it is available for immediate download.
